When diners are relaxed, entertained and enchanted by their surroundings, they’re inspired to linger longer and order dessert or after-dinner drinks, enhancing both atmosphere and profitability. At Metro Finishes, we have designed and implemented scenic and themed environments for many of Florida’s most recognizable restaurants.

Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs

Metro Finishes’ talented artisans used Venetian plaster, authentic Japanese brush calligraphy, extensive theme painting and a fifteen foot signature mural to create this unique restaurant concept. Here, guests dine on gourmet pain-Asian cuisine in a space that realistically channels the Far East.

The Boathouse at Disney Springs

The visual centerpiece of this unique boating-inspired restaurant concept on the Disney Springs waterfront is a sweeping, pitched wood ceiling that spans the main dining room. The realistic exterior cedar wood plank look was created by strategically applying thematic painting and wood grain techniques.

Lafayette’s and Itta Bena at Pointe Orlando

Meticulous theme painting, carefully carved stucco and plaster, aging techniques and multiple murals, visitors to Point Orlando’s Cajun-inspired Lafayette’s restaurant and music club and Itta Bena speakeasy-style fine dining venue transport guests to the heart of the Big Easy. They’ll never guess one of these spaces used to house a Hooter’s restaurant!

Cinderella’s Royal Table

Cinderella’s Royal TableMetro Finishes’ extensive use of wood graining and other theme painting techniques contribute to the magical experience theme-park guests enjoy at this iconic eatery in the heart of Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom inside Cinderella’s Castle.

Morocco Pavilion, Epcot World Showcase

Metro Finishes’ thematic painting and graphics application helped to create the Mediterranean seaside ambience of the Spice Road Table restaurant. Theme carved wood beams adorn the ceilings and hand-troweled stucco textures add to the exotic atmosphere diners enjoy while dining on delicious Moroccan-inspired fare.
