Before beginning construction, we work with our client to devise a plan to stay within schedule and budget. In this phase, we’ll review details such as which materials and design finishes we’ll use, and we’ll seek bids for any work to be outsourced to third parties. Our meticulous attention to each project’s foundation helps keep projects on track once they begin.
